Description:
- Drive, coach, encourage and mentor through inventory control, procurements and production planning teams.
- Develop Kanban processes
- Management of 1,000 SKU's daily
- Analyze data, drive cost savings and negotiations
- Work with Engineering team on forward planning
- Ability work in a low volume high mix manufacturing environment
- Manage inventory processes, demand planning, production and purchasing
- Acts as the central point of contact for inventory management issues; collaborating with inside sales, outside sales, purchasing, warehouse, and production to solve issues and perform root cause analysis
- 10% domestic travel
- Identify options for solving a problem and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses.
